Do you test on animals?
No this is something that we strongly disagree with. All products are tested firstly on us and then my beautiful friends and family. No need to hurt little paws!
How will my parcel be sent to me and how long will it take?
Our parcels are sent by Royal Mail & usually take 3-5 working days
What payment do you accept?
You can pay at checkout debit/credit card. We use a secured payment service through Stripe
What is your returns policy?
If your product is damaged please let us know within 14 days of purchase
Do you offer gift wrapping, so my parcel can be sent straight to the recipient?
Yes no problem please select this at checkout and this will be gift wrapped with a message and no payment details
Do you use recycled packaging and is your packaging recyclable?
Yes we source a minimum of 70% recycled content packaging and all our packaging is 100% recyclable and compostable where stated. Let’s keep it green!
Do you use palm oil?
No palm oil is not used in any of our recipes

Shampoo Bar F&Q’s
Do shampoo bars work?
Yes! In my experience switching to my 100% natural shampoo bar has strengthened my hair leaving it looking thick and heathy. Having naturally blonde hair I have also noticed my hair being more lighter due to not being coated in synthetic ingredients. The key is that everyone’s hair is different
Will I experience a transition period?
You will not know until you try. Some people will experience very little transition period where others it may take a while. You are most likely to experience a longer transition period if currently do not use natural shampoo, you use straighteners/curling tongs. You have long and thick hair
What is a transition period?
This is the period when your hair & scalp are in detox. It is busy removing chemicals & synthetics used previously. You may also hear it being called the purge period. It is when your hair has a waxy texture, greasy or can look heavy. It is temporary so try to bear with it!
Do I need conditioner?
I personally do not use conditioner on my hair. My shampoo bars are packed with superfoods such as coco butter, shea butter, sweet almond oil, olive oil, nettles which means they have all the nourishing oils needed. Commercial shampoo strips the hair with chemicals which is why with other shampoo conditioner is necessary.
I am struggling with the transition period, is there anything I can do to speed up this process?
Try rinsing your hair with an apple cider vinegar rinse.
Do you have any other top tips for the transition period?
Yes if you can for the first 6 washes let your hair dry naturally. I like to pop mine into a bun on the top of my head. Once dry brush through
Can I use your shampoo bar on my hair if it is coloured?
Yes you can!
