Mountain Garden Botanics lavender, lemongrass with poppy seed exfoliation is one our favourite soaps. This bar is a real treat with lavender and lemongrass pure essential oil, a perfect combination. We use poppy seeds to help exfoliate your skin gently. The green colour comes from the dried nettle leaves which we have blended in. Coconut oil is our number one ingredient in all our handmade soaps so this is perfect for sensitive and dry skin.

Coconut oil is excellent to aid dry, itchy skin and hair, remaining suitable for sensitive, inflamed and irritated skin.

Sweet almond oil softens and re-conditions the skin. It is rich in proteins and Vitamin D and is considered extremely nourishing to the skin.

Shea butter has amazing moisturising and softening benefits. A true superfood for skin to nourish and help with problems such as dryness.

Sunflower oil is high in Vitamins A, B, D, and E, minerals, lecithin, insulin, unsaturated fatty acids.

Nettle has natural astringent benefits which are great for treating skin issues such as greasy skin, dry, itchy, and inflamed skin. Can also help soothe insect bites and even eczema.
